The Vanderbilt Country Club project called for a package of amenity upgrades at the existing club in Naples, Florida, including a new pool and deck facility to replace the club's existing pool, new bocce courts, a renovated bath house, and a small expansion to the tennis pro shop. The scope also included related site adjustments such as cart path relocation, retaining walls, railings, landscaping, and lighting. Valued at approximately $3 million, the project needed a presentation that could tie several distinct amenity upgrades into one clear renovation story for the club's board.
