Project Overview
The International Swimming Hall of Fame project delivered three completely refurbished pools, a diving well, a main competition pool, and a training pool, for the City of Fort Lauderdale in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. The $47 million facility retained more than 2.6 million gallons of water across the three pools, forming a centerpiece of the Hall of Fame's redevelopment. With a landmark aquatic facility at the center of the pursuit, the client needed visuals that could bring the finished pools to life for the selection committee. PRESWERX partnered with the client's team to build that visualization.

Client Challenges
Presenting a landmark aquatic facility required visuals capable of matching the scale and prestige of an internationally recognized institution:
Conveying the scale of three distinct pools and more than 2.6 million gallons of water in a single, cohesive presentation.
Making an unbuilt facility feel as significant as the internationally recognized Hall of Fame it would house.
Standing out in a competitive pursuit for a City of Fort Lauderdale contract.
Together, these challenges called for visuals polished enough to match the prestige of the facility itself.

Scope of Work
PRESWERX produced a complete set of renderings and animations for the pursuit, presenting the diving well, main competition pool, and training pool as a single, finished aquatic complex. The renderings captured the scale of the facility and its more than 2.6 million gallons of water, giving the selection committee a concrete sense of the completed pools before construction was finished. The animations moved viewers through the facility, connecting the three pools into one continuous experience of the finished complex. Together, the deliverables gave a landmark facility the visual polish its prestige demanded.

PRESWERX Approach
With an internationally recognized institution at stake, PRESWERX built the pursuit around visuals polished enough to match its prestige.
Rendered each of the three pools, the diving well, competition pool, and training pool, to a finished level of detail.
Built animations that moved viewers through the complex to convey its full scale.
Presented the three pools as one cohesive aquatic complex rather than separate structures.
The result was a set of visuals worthy of an internationally recognized facility.
Results Delivered
PRESWERX delivered a full set of renderings and animations built to the standard of a City of Fort Lauderdale selection process.
The renderings gave the committee a finished view of all three pools and their combined scale.
The animations connected the diving well, competition pool, and training pool into one cohesive complex.
The visuals matched the prestige of an internationally recognized institution.
The client's team walked into the selection process with a clear, finished picture of the facility to support their story.
